Architas, Asset Manager, Affiliated to AXA Investment Managers, is playing an important role in AXA Group with a mission to support AXA entities by providing oversight, monitoring and analysis on the universe of funds and investment solutions used by AXA.
MAIN MISSIONS OF THE ROLE
Your main mission will be to manage the delivery and evolution of transversal UL services to AXA entities (including the UL Oversight process which is based on AXA Group standard and consists of supervising the onboarding of new funds and solution and the monitoring of the existing book of business). The role consists also of supervising the definition and implementation of new services in relation with other Architas teams.
Internally, you will be working with various teams involved in the delivery of the UL transversal services. Externally you will act as a delivery relationship manager dealing with AXA entities and intra-group teams.
1. UL new business
- Key point of entry for AXA entities’ requests
- Allocate and track due diligence requests to internal teams (IDD, ODD, Procurement).
- Manage the governance of the UL Oversight Committee (ULOC) : coordination, agendas, committee packs, delivery of the presentations and follow-up.
2. UL monitoring
- Ensure a smooth coordination between the different functions of the service (IDD, ODD, Proc).
- Manage the quarterly reporting process to entities (quantitative and qualitative)
- Manage day to day relationship with entities and organize quarterly follow up sessions with entities.
- Running quantitative models
- Key point of contact for internal and intra-group stakeholders
3. Service Development & Reporting
- Support the implementation of new features and continue developing and improving the existing processes
- Contribute to build new services in coordination with product and proposition team (ESG, Look through Services, Data analysis..)
- Provide reporting to entities and group on the services.
YOUR PROFILE
- Through your academic background you have developed technical and analytical skills.
- You will have an interest in asset management and Life and Savings products.
- We need at least 5 to 10 years experience in either asset management or in an insurance company with a risk / investment / proposition back ground.
- You will also have strong relationship management skills with the ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills and well as project management.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Excel proficiency
