Depuis plus de 10 ans, cette société propose d’accompagner des propriétaires de location meublée dans leurs démarches administratives et fiscales. Avec plus de 40 collaborateurs cette société est une alternative aux cabinets comptables qui à déjà séduit plus de 40 000 personnes. Leader de leur marché, ils souhaitent continuer leur expansion grâce à leur nouveau Team lead Account Manager en CDI.

**Responsabilités**

En tant que Team Lead et sous la directrice commerciale, vos missions seront de:

- 50% de management avec une équipe de 6-7 personnes
- 40% de support en renfort lors de problématique client
- 10% de missions annexes comme le recrutement de commerciaux ou la gestion administrative

**Profil**
- De formation minimum Bac+2 à Bac +5
- Une première expérience commerciale sur un poste similaire de 3 ans d’expérience,
- Une première expérience Managériale
- Reconnu pour vos capacités relationnelles, commerciales et votre sens du résultat,
- Exigent sur la qualité et la fiabilité des informations et conseils donnés,
- Organisé, synthétique, proactif et soucieux de la satisfaction client,
- La connaissance du secteur immobilier est un gros plus
