Afin d’assurer notre croissance et notre réussite commerciale,**AVSimulation**, filiale du Groupe Sogeclair, éditeur de logiciel de simulation automobile recherche son futur **Responsable commercial - Sales Manager **pour la zone EIMEA (Europe, Inde, Middle East et Afrique).

Vous serez en charge de la **définition, de la mise en œuvre et du pilotage de la stratégie commerciale** d’AVSimulation sur cette zone.

**Vos objectifs : Faire croître les chiffres de prises de commandes et piloter la réussite de votre équipe de commerciaux en charge de la zone EIMEA.**

**Vos missions**

En tant que Sales Manager, vous êtes **orienté objectifs** et en capacité de transmettre votre tempérament de **chasseur** à votre équipe.

Vos missions consisteront à:

- Être garant du développement commercial et de l’accroissement du chiffre d’affaires sur la vente de notre logiciel**(SCANER STUDIO) ,**de nos simulateurs et des services associés à valeurs ajoutées.
- Assurer le suivi et le développement de nos activités auprès de nos partenaires grands-comptes stratégiques.
- Qualifier les opportunités et concentrer les efforts d’avant-vente sur les affaires qui font office d’un budget et pouvant être gagnée avec une rentabilité acceptable pour l’entreprise
- Gérer et développer des grands comptes existants
- Détecter les marchés potentiels
- Prospecter sur sa zone géographique pour l’ouverture de nouveaux comptes
- Favoriser l’augmentation du chiffre d’affaires, des parts de marché et des marges, développer la productivité et les compétences de son équipe.
- Diriger et animer son équipe
- Elaborer des offres et participer aux ajustements des offres Suivre et analyser les résultats commerciaux de son portefeuille : Par zone et par collaborateur.
- Participer à l’élaboration du budget,
- Assurer un reporting auprès de la direction commerciale

**Profil souhaité**

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un Bac +5 (université ou école de commerce ou d’ingénieurs) et vous justifiez d’une expérience significative sur un poste similaire. Une **expérience de vente de solutions logicielles** et une connaissance du marché de l’automobile est un plus.

Véritable manager et** leader**, vous êtes en capacité de créer de **l’émulation au sein d’une équipe pour la mettre en réussite**.

Vous avez le goût du challenge et aimer évoluer dans un **environnement concurrentiel** au rien est acquis.

Vous montrez un **intérêt pour le monde de l’automobile**, son évolution et les innovations qui en découlent.

Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais.

**Compétences obligatoires**:

- Fortes compétences commerciales : sens des relations, bon négociateur et doit avoir une très bonne connaissance du secteur sur lequel il évolue.
- Maitrise de l’anglais Leadership et force de proposition : promouvoir sa vision auprès des décideurs internes et externes, et encourager la prise d’initiative de ses équipes. Résistance à la pression Adaptabilité et Flexibilité Communication orale et écrite Excel
