**AIXIAL Group** recherche son prochain talent en tant que **Clinical Trial Assistant - H/F.** Dont vos missions seront les suivantes _(liste non exhaustive) :_
- Contribuer au **suivi financier** des factures, grille de surcoût et les notes des études (sous Excel ou autre outils)
- ** Contrôler** de manière mensuelle les **dépenses engagées** en se basant sur les activités de l’étude programmée versus les activités de l’étude réellement
- Préparer et envoyer les documents concernant la **soumission clinique **en lien avec l’étude
- Gérer le suivi de **signatures des documents** clinique dans le respect des procédures
- Assurer la gestion administrative des essais clinique dans le respect des procédures (par exemple **:documents patients**)
- Interagir avec les fournisseurs externes au cours de la réalisation de l’étude (sociétés de recherche sous contrat (CROs), personnes en charge de la surveillance, et parfois investigateurs et personnel de l’hôpital)
- Collaborer avec les équipes de chefs de projet clinique et les départements en charge de la fourniture du matériel destiné aux essais cliniques (Clinical Trial Supplies, CTS) ainsi que l’assurance qualité
- Participer à **l’élaboration des appels d’offres** en collaboration avec les chefs de projet clinique
- Gérer les événementielle ou de déplacement lié à l’étude
- Organiser et participer aux réunions
**Profil et compétences requises**:
- Vous avez un diplôme bac+3 en essais cliniques, scientifique, en biologie, ou autre domaine d’étude équivalent
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience dans **un environnement multinational**:
- Vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie d’un an sur un même poste ou équivalent
- Vous avez connaissance des outils tels que : Excel, Power point, Teams, gestion des trackers et l’utilisation de Power BI
- Vous avez **obligatoirement un anglais courant à l’écrit et à l’oral**:
- Vous faites preuve d’organisation, d’autonomie et de réactivité
- Vous avez une bonne capacité d’adaptation
- Vous êtes un bon(ne) communicant(e)
