- Pour un client du secteur bancaire, nous sommes à la recherche d’un Risk Officer spécialisé sur DORA. - **Résumé de l’AO : Management de transition** - Pour répondre aux exigences des réglementations EBA et DORA liées à l’outsourcing, l’équipe SRC (sourcing) au sein du COO Office de la direction IOS du client recherche une prestation pour l’accompagner dans la gestion des externalisations - **Missions principales / Activités principales**: - Contribuer à l’identification des externalisations suivant les guidelines de l’EBA/SRB et des tiers TIC du périmètre DORA - Assurer la mise à jour du registre des externalisations EBA et DORA via l’outil EASY (Ivalua Buyer) - Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des indicateurs (KPI) et leur déploiement dans l’outil COSMOS pour suivre les risqués liés aux Externalisations EBA et aux tiers DORA - A l’issue de chaque Comité de suivi des risques liés à l’Outsourcing, mettre en place un reporting de suivi des plans d’actions et réaliser les relances associées auprès des Activity Manager - Assurer la formation et l’assistance auprès des activity managers dans le processus Externalisation et Dora - Réaliser une analyse d’écart entre la politique Groupe et son implémentation dans l’environnement du client sur l’Externalisation EBA et DORA et en présenter la synthèse. - **Profil attendu : Senior 5-15 ans** - Expérience des externalisations dans un domaine bancaire, idéalement pour l’IT et/ou les Opérations. - Connaissance des réglementations EBA/DORA - Connaissance générale des prestations IT et Opérations (Datacenter, télécommunications, Centre de services, Applications) - Organisation, rigueur, esprit de synthèse - Forte capacité à travailler avec plusieurs interlocuteurs et bon relationnel - Les communications se feront à l’écrit et à l’oral en Français et Anglais. - Prise d’initiative et force de proposition pour la mise en place des travaux attendus - Maitrise des outils bureautique MS Office et particulièrement d’Excel - a connaissance des outils Ivalua Buyer (EASY) est un plus
