Notre objectif ? Créer des espaces de restauration totalement flexibles et modulables qui deviennent de véritables lieux de vie pour les collaborateurs.

Aujourd’hui, Popchef c’est plusieurs milliers de repas livrés chaque semaine, 6 M€ de levées, une croissance à trois chiffres, une brigade plus motivée que jamais et plus de 225 000 km parcourus par nos livreurs depuis que notre bébé a vu le jour.

**Intégré(e) au sein de l’équipe Customer Support, ta mission est d’apporter la meilleure expérience à nos clients. Tu représenteras Popchef auprès de nos différents clients avec pour seule ligne de conduite : créer du WOW **

**Tes missions principales**:

- Devenir un interlocuteur privilégié : accompagner et conseiller nos clients à travers toute l'expérience Popchef. Ton but est de les connaître par cœur et de leur faire vivre un moment qui les marquera
- Être un pro de l'assistance technique et du dépannage de nos frigos connectés pour aider nos clients à profiter au maximum de leur pause déjeuner
- Être la voix du client : remonter les besoins clients, transmettre la culture et la vision client à la brigade. Utiliser chaque feedback clients et y apporter les solutions indispensables pour rendre l’expérience client unique
- Onboarder les clients sur les frigos connectés lors de l'installation de nouveaux sites et les faire devenir accro à Popchef
- Au-delà de ces missions, tu pourras également aider l’équipe, selon ton profil et ta motivation, sur plein d’autres sujets. Tu feras partie d’une équipe soudée et déterminée à offrir un service client aux petits oignons

**Tes qualités**
- Ta bonne humeur est à toute épreuve et on t’entend sourire quand tu parles
- Tu es doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel
- Tu sais faire preuve de patience et tu as une bonne capacité d’écoute
- Tu sais que « développement » s’écrit avec un seul « l » et deux « p » et les accords des participes passés n’ont aucun secret pour toi
- Tu es rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), tu sais gérer les priorités
- Tu apprécies la bonne bouffe
- Tu aimes travailler en autonomie mais tu es un excellent team player.

Salaire : 1 643,54€ à 2 942,00€ par mois
