**What You'll Do**:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated intern to join our ESG team based in Paris. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives within a dynamic and global company. As the point of contact for the EMEA region, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sustainability goals and driving positive change.

This is an Intern role reporting to the Group Vice President, Customer Success.

**Responsibility**
- Serve as the primary liaison for all ESG-related inquiries and activities within the EMEA region
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment and integration of ESG
initiatives
- Maintain regular communication with the ESG/Sustainability team based in the US
- Facilitate the exchange of information and best practices between regions
- Update and enhance the company’s Ecovadis registration
- Implement strategies to improve the company's Ecovadis score and ranking
- Collect and consolidate ESG-related questions from the field and customer RFPs
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge base with standardized and accurate
responses
- Assist in creating and articulating the company’s vision on ESG/sustainability topics for customer engagement
- Prepare communication materials to showcase the company’s commitment to sustainability
- Participate in the local team’s efforts to identify and implement sustainability improvements in the Paris office
- Focus on initiatives such as lighting management, CO2 reduction, and other
eco-friendly practices

**Job Designation**:
**Hybrid**:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

**What You Bring**:
**Basic**
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field
- Interest in ESG and sustainability issues
- Fluency in French and English

**Preferred**
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
