**ABOUT THE JOB**

The Byredo Client Advisor is a key brand ambassador towards the client. He / she is a sales professional in the fragrance / beauty / luxury goods sector and assures his / her professionalism at the service of the corporate image and of the client’s satisfaction and loyalty. He / she contributes actively to the store sales and to achieving the set quantitative and qualitative objectives.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

SALES
- Be constantly up-to-date regarding market trends, knows and monitors competition.
- Manage sales and optimizes each step of the sales process.
- You will perfectly adopt the Byredo client experience and selling ceremony.
- Welcome and recognize regular customers.
- Scope out the customer’s needs, both expressed and hidden and place the client at the center.
- You will present and add value to the product range.
- Describe, recommend and contextualize the product offer.
- You will check customer requirements while the product is being tried and respond to any further requests.
- You will promote cross selling and additional sales, be driven to exceed KPI objectives ensuring the highest quality of sales and client experience.
- You will ensure customer loyalty by collecting the customer’s information through the appropriate tools.
- You will accompany the customer to the cash counter, prepare the packaging and, manage the payment.
- Thank the customer, accompany the customer to the exit, say goodbye and replace the item sold where applicable.
- Participate in regular store meetings and contribute to the retail action plan.

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT AND CRM
- Capture customer data into the company’s CRM tool with the purpose of connecting to the client, maintaining and developing the relationship offering a personalized approach.
- Know how to create and consult the customer’s profile, use the CRM tool in order to connect with clients and build a long-term relationship.
- Ensure that the after-sale service is carried out with the same spirit as the sale, following company standards in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty in order to promote the Brand image.
- Deal with complaints, with the support of a manager, if necessary.
- Take full advantage of all contacts with customers in the Store to promote both the Brand and the Product.
- Convey all information collected about customers to the management.
- Follow-up on customer requests.
- Host appointments for make-up consultations.

PRODUCT
- Takes part in all in-store product presentations (of all product categories).
- Has an in-depth knowledge of all the products in the assigned Product range and is always up-to-date on the whole Product range in the Store.
- Forwards to Store Management requests and feedback received from customers on the various products.
- Ensures the correct management (cleaning, care, replacement, etc.) of the products in the entire store.

VISUAL SET-UP
- Constantly maintains product display in perfect conditions according to the company’s guidelines and points out any necessary correction to increase sales.

STOCKROOM
- Knows available products in stock in order to maximize sales.
- Helps in receiving stock and in maintaining the stockroom according to standards at all times.
- Participates proactively in the year-end, sector and rotational stock take process by product category.

THEFTS / LOSSES
- Keeps the assigned position in order to prevent thefts, cooperating with his/her colleagues if he/she needs to leave it.
- Correctly performs the cycle counts and point out to his/her Supervisor any possible discrepancies.
