The core objective of this role is to support the Export Commercial team by executing the main operational tasks for the Region.
In this context, you will be responsible for the back-office activities and interact with key internal and external stakeholders to enable a robust operational stream and bring a clear overview to the Export Commercial team. Additionally, you will coordinate events involving Export customers.
The role is based in Antony (France) and is eligible to partial home working, in accordance with the Group guidelines. No travels required. You will report to the head of the Export Commercial team.
You main missions will be:
- **Manage operational tasks for the Export region**:
- Handle the financial flow (purchase orders, invoices, payment) in coordination with the Executive Assistant Europe & International commercial operations and Accountability.
- Maintain accurate report of sales last best estimate for the region in coordination with the Export Customer Service team and collect order forecasts from markets.
- Supervise signature workflows for contracts and other documents related to the Export region, in coordination with the Executive Assistant Europe & International commercial operations and Legal.
- **Support the Budget Process for the Export region**:
- Track budgets and expenses of distributors and other local partners, calculate commissions with Finance.
- Support the Export Commercial team in preparing Business Reviews for the top management.
- Manage accruals and other impacts on the P&L of the region with the Export commercial team and Finance.
- **Manage events involving Export customers**:
- Coordinate international events between Export customers and internal stakeholders (e.g. international congresses)
- Organize events dedicated to Export customers (e.g. Lab Visits)
- **Actively improve the Export back-office**:
- **Support initiatives from the Export Commercial team to optimize existing workflows, including the management of Change Controls**:
- **Suggest and lead ideas to raise the efficiency and quality of the Export operations**:
- **Performs all mandatory trainings and e-learning program** within the requested timeline, as assigned or requested from time to time.
You have a relevant university or technical education in business and economics, international sales or similar.
5 years minimum, in an operational commercial support position, ideally in pharmaceutical and/or OTC field.
Your rigor and ability to prioritize allows you to autonomously manage your tasks on time to ensure robust operations and guarantee Export customers’ satisfaction.
Your interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate efficiently with key internal and external stakeholders.
You are comfortable with using various IT tools such as Excel, Teams or ERP (SAP).
You master French and English as you interface with both internal French-speaking departments and external English-speaking stakeholders.
