Pour accompagner la croissance de Glady sur nos différents produits et services (chèques cadeaux, titres restaurants, etc), nous recherchons un.e Sales Development Representative en CDI pour renforcer le pôle SDR constitué de 13 personnes

Intégré.e à la Sales Academy, tu contribueras aux beaux projets qui se profilent à l’horizon sur les 3 segments de marché que nous adressons : les PME/CSE, les RH, l’Incentive. Tu seras le premier point de contact avec nos futurs clients et tu génèreras des opportunités commerciales pour les Business Developers

Rattaché.e au Head of SDR, tes missions seront les suivantes:

- tu deviendras maître de toutes les techniques de prospection pour contacter les interlocuteurs clés (par téléphone et par mail) ;
- tu récupéreras le maximum d’informations pour identifier des besoins et organiser des rendez-vous stratégiques
- tu travailleras en lien étroit avec les Business Developers, tes rendez-vous leur permettront de signer de nombreux deals
- tu optimiseras les process SDR pour améliorer la stratégie d’acquisition Outbound, en coordination avec l’équipe Growth et Marketing.

Animé.e par le challenge, tu veux devenir numéro 1 du classement SDR et être reconnu.e comme un.e top-player au sein de la Team Sales ? Rejoins l’équipe SDR au sein de laquelle tu bénéficieras de formations:

- aux différentes techniques de vente, au discours commercial à tenir, au phoning & au mailing
- à la maîtrise complète du CRM Salesforce (le meilleur sur le marché )
- de sensibilisation aux enjeux de Growth Marketing (scraping, automatisation, etc.)

Profil recherché
- Tu disposes d’une première expérience commerciale (idéalement en B2B) dans un environnement web, tech et/ou start-up
- Tu es à l’aise au téléphone et as une excellente capacité d’écoute
- Tu es enthousiaste, sociable et souriant.e (et ça s’entend au téléphone )
- Tu es rigoureux.se et fais preuve de créativité afin d’ouvrir des portes fermées
- Tu es un chasseur.se dans l’âme, résilient.e (~80 appels/jour)
- Tu es un compétiteur.trice drivé.e par le résultat, qui souhaite dépasser les objectifs
