Au sein du département Finance, vous êtes rattaché(e) au VP Tax &Accounting. Accompagné(e) par votre équipe, vous supervisez les fonctions comptables, de recouvrement et d’assurance du chiffre d’affaires relatives au périmètre du siège (plateforme de services auprès des hôtels).

En vous appuyant sur une équipe comptable et financière pluridisciplinaire, vous:

- supervisez la production comptable (générale et auxiliaire) sous Oracle Cloud et assurez la conformité des comptes aux normes comptables en vigueur (French GAAP)
- supervisez les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles, et assurez un reporting explicatif des comptes auprès des clients internes dont les équipes de contrôle gestion
- supervisez l’émission des états financiers (bilan, compte de résultat, annexes) en conformité avec les normes comptables locales
- supervisez les fonctions de recouvrement et de « revenue assurance » en vous assurant que les KPI définis pour ces fonctions sont atteints
- supervisez le transfert des activités transactionnelles à un BPO prévu à court terme et la production sous BPO devant s’en suivre
- assurez aux côtés des équipes projet et amélioration continue la gestion de la relation avec le BPO
- Assurez le lien avec l’équipe projet et amélioration continue pour les besoins de la résolution des anomalies identifiées en phase de production et/ou de l’amélioration des processus comptables
- gérez la relation avec les auditeurs en assurant le service des documents à fournir et la réponse aux questions et demandes
- assurez l’encadrement et la gestion managériale des équipes sous supervision
- êtes force de proposition continue sur le plan organisationnel

Diplômé(e) d'une formation Finance bac+5 type DSCG ou Master CCA, vous avez une expérience réussie de 10 ans au sein d'une Direction financière.
Vous êtes attiré par le côté chaleureux et exigeant du secteur de l'hôtellerie dans une organisation en mutation et vous disposez d'une première expérience réussie en management (5/6 personnes).
Pour réussir votre prise de poste, vous pourrez vous appuyez sur votre leadership, votre résilience et votre capacité à communiquer en transverse avec des interlocuteurs différents.
Autonome et organisé, vous êtes aussi rigoureux et doté d'un bon relationnel. Impliqué et efficace, vous savez travailler avec des échéances serrées propres aux métiers de la finance, alors ce poste est fait pour vous
Excel n'a pas de secret pour vous et une connaissance de l'ERP Oracle est un vrai plus.
Vous parlez un anglais opérationnel à l'oral et à l'écrit qui vous permettra d'évoluer dans notre organisation et d'assurer les échanges avec vos potentiels interlocuteurs internationaux.
