**Technicien SAV Itinérant (h/f)**
Leader mondial du diagnostic Audio, Néonatal et Neurologique, le groupe Natus recherche pour sa filiale française** **un(e) Technicien(ne) SAV ITINERANT (H/F)** en CDI** à plein temps (40h/semaine) et idéalement situé dans le 60 au alentour de Beauvais. **Poste à pourvoir rapidement.**
**Description du poste**:
Rattaché à la direction SAV France et travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs, commerciaux de terrain et les responsables de maintenance régionaux, vous assurez auprès des hôpitaux, cliniques privés et centres d'audiologie:
- L’installation et la configuration sur site des équipements et logiciels
- L'étalonnage des équipements audiométriques
- Le dépannage sur site ou à distance
**Votre profil**:
- H/F, une formation technique supérieure validée type Bac + 2/3 en électronique, informatique médicale, automatisme.
- **Une expérience d’au moins 2/3 ans dans le support SAV**. **Vous avez un goût marqué pour l’informatique et ses évolutions et maîtrisez l’environnement OS Microsoft, les systèmes réseaux matériel et logiciels, et la gestion des bases de données.**
- Vous vous distinguez par votre rapidité de compréhension et d’analyse, votre capacité à apprendre facilement, et à gérer des projets complexe.
- Habile sur les aspects informatiques/techniques mais également manuel (câblage, passage de gaine, perçage), vous avez un **fort sens du service** et un excellent relationnel qui feront que vous serez appréciés par nos clients.
- Un niveau d'anglais suffisant pour la lecture des notices et la compréhension des e-formations est nécessaire.
Le Nord et les régions Nord d'Ile de France seront votre secteur d'intervention (voiture de fonction fournie et tous frais de déplacements couverts).
