CDD - Contrat à Durée Déterminée de 6 mois

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Commerciale et Marketing et plus particulièrement au Responsable Service Clientèle, vos missions consisteront à:

- Réaliser les cotations dans le respect des « car policy »,
- Confirmer et accuser réception des commandes et des délais auprès des fournisseurs,
- Répondre aux questions courantes des clients : outils, reporting, facturation, réclamations,
- Gérer les modifications de contrats en collaboration avec l'ingénieur commercial,
- Exécuter les campagnes Marketing dédiées ( pneus, tripartite, opérations spécifiques constructeurs ),
- Traiter et/ou transmettre les demandes des clients jusqu’aux réclamations,
- Mise à jour quotidiennement des «car policy»,
- Constituer le reporting commercial,
- Assurer les tâches administratives liées à l’activité dans le respect des procédures et des

process.
- Coopérer avec l’ingénieur commercial/chef de région/conseiller commercial pour assurer l’atteinte des objectifs,

Profil recherché:
Dans le cadre de votre formation commerciale (Bac+2/3), vous justifiez de 2 à 4 ans minimum d’expérience sur une fonction similaire.

Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé, vous faites preuve de dynamisme, d’ouverture, et de flexibilité.

Doté d’une bonne résistance au stress, vous êtes flexible et adaptable.

La maîtrise de l’anglais est un plus pour la prise de fonction.

Dans l’idéal, une appétence pour le secteur automobile serait fortement appréciée.
