Dans le cadre du développement de notre centre d'expertise, nous recherchons un Technical Leader PHP H/F.

Au-delà d'intégrer un projet et/ou une mission passionnante, intégrer notre équipe c'est aussi:

- Un panel de 30 clients actifs à Orléans et ses environs vous permettant de découvrir des environnements et secteurs d'activités variés

Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Participer au phase d'avant-vente à l'élaboration et le chiffrage de nos propositions
- Contribuer à des audits, expertises, étude & conception technique des besoins exprimés par nos clients
- Être le garant technique auprès de nos clients et de nos équipes
- Définir au démarrage projet l'architecture technique et le socle applicatif
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de la documentation technique du projet
- Participer et encadrer nos équipes de développement
- S'assurer de la couverture des tests unitaires et de qualité de nos développements
- Poursuivre l'industrialisation des processus mis déjà en place dans notre Centre de Services
- Participer de façon active aux rituels agiles du projet
- Être en veille sur la solution et sur sa communauté

Profil recherché

De formation supérieure, BAC +5 en informatique. Vous possédez une expérience au minimum de 5 ans sur PHP 7/8, notamment comme Technical Leader.

Compétences techniques requises:

- Bonne culture et curiosité pour le domaine du Web, e-commerce, SEO, Accessibilité,
- Maîtrise des langages de développement : PHP, HTML5, CSS3, React, Angular, Vue.js
- Outils & Processus d'industrialisation : PhpStorm, Azure Devops, Docker, Git, Sonar
- Maitrise de Symfony version 4/5 minimum
- Culture agile et DevOps
- Autonomie, bon rédactionnel, capacité à être force de proposition et appétence pour le travail en équipe
- Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais
