**What you'll do & learn**
- Manage and prioritize your roadmap in collaboration with the CPO and our Senior Product Manager
- In partnership with product designers, lead product discovery initiatives to identify and deeply understand the needs, pain points of users, opportunities for Pelico
- Imagine features to meet our vision and customer needs while ensuring compliance with the product roadmap.
- Solve problems and create value: we are looking for people who are obsessed with delivering value to our users, by articulating complex problems, setting a compelling vision, and driving the outcome
- Within a squad, work closely with our software engineers in order to draw solutions for the manufacturing industry
**What you embody**
- One significant experience as a PM in a tech company
- Interest in our industry and Passion for Impact
- Like working in an international environment, English language in your day to day (verbal & written)
- Organisation: you like working on different issues, with different people...
- Always find a solution with an analytical mind
- User centric approach, especially in the way you think the product
- Collaboration by good coordination skills and a team spirit
