Mission:
Au sein de l’équipe Administration des Ventes et des Projets, composée de cinq personnes, vous serez en relation directe avec:

- Une cinquantaine de clients de la région EMEA (Europe Middle East & Africa) cumulant un chiffre d’affaires de 100 M€ ;
- Ainsi que différentes équipes au sein de l’entreprise, dont une quinzaine de « Business Developers » et environ cent Chefs de projet.

Concernant l’Administration des Ventes, vous serez amené à:

- Analyser des contrats clients complexes, au fur et à mesure de leur signature, et à déterminer les flux de facturation correspondants en collaboration avec les équipes commerciale et juridique ;
- Intégrer les données dans les systèmes d’information afin de permettre une gestion automatisée ;
- Emettre les factures conformément aux termes des contrats signés avec les clients et collecter les règlements correspondants.

Concernant l’Administration des Projets, vous:

- Alimenterez et mettrez à jour la base de données des projets (d’implémentation, d’extension, de montée de version, et de support) en collaboration avec le Service Clients et le Contrôle de gestion.
- Accompagnerez les utilisateurs dans la déclaration périodique de leurs temps.
- Traiterez les validations mensuelles des prestations de services et préparerez les informations de facturation correspondantes le cas échéant.

Concernant l’Administration des Projets, vous:

- Alimenterez et mettrez à jour la base de données des projets (d’implémentation, d’extension, de montée de version, et de support) en collaboration avec le Service Clients et le Contrôle de gestion.
- Accompagnerez les utilisateurs dans la déclaration périodique de leurs temps.

Profil:

- Diplômé Bac+3 minimum.
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en Administration des Ventes ou de Projets dans un contexte d’entreprise internationale.
- Anglais courant.
- Vous êtes très à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et maîtrisez Outlook et Excel.
- Vous avez déjà travaillé avec un progiciel de gestion intégrée (ERP).
- Dynamique, enthousiaste et curieux, vous êtes doté de fortes capacités d’organisation et d’adaptation.
- Vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités relationnelles et votre esprit d’équipe.
- Vous savez également faire preuve d’initiative et d’implication dans vos projets.
