**About the role**

We are looking for Site Sales Representatives to join the Paris team to support our growth journey. You will be part of a team that focuses on developing and delivering customer loyalty, sales, and driving results. We are looking for natural talent in regards to building relationships, converting to sales and staying close to your clients to ensure they get a premium experience of CAKE’s products. This is a key role in the continued growth of our company and you will have stakeholders both internally and externally to collaborate with. This will be a 3 months contract with possibility to be permanent. Note that in this role are you working Wednesday-Sunday.

You will report to our Country Sales Manager for France and be based in Paris. Your work will include and is not limited to:

- Increase consumer sales through proactive engagement and demonstrations
- Maintain showroom to create a positive and inviting environment for customers
- Provide best-in-class customer service cultivating high levels of customer satisfaction
- Become an expert in our products and its features and benefits
- Understand and use basic selling skills to engage and present solutions
- Be informed and understand current merchandise promotions and current advertisements
- Ability to conduct product demos to support selling process
- Participate in CAKE events
- Resolve or escalate customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Available to work evenings and weekends

- Customer-facing working experience
- Strong in-person communication skills
- Excellent listener, influencer, negotiator with interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with customers and within our team
- Team Player
- Experience working with Microsoft 365, G-suite, and Salesforce
- Driver’s License
