The Microsoft Engineering Center in Paris is part of the Microsoft product engineering family in the Cloud & AI group. We build products and features for the Power Platform specializing in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

We engineer innovative cloud services & experiences our enterprise customers can rely on to automate their critical processes all over the world.

Within our team, you will work on cloud and local machine services, at the heart of the Desktop Flows runtime and its orchestration which oversee and execute millions of client processes automations daily.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in this mission. You will contribute to improve the existing scenarios and to add features to expand the product’s capabilities.

- En intégrant nos équipes, vous travaillerez sur nos services backend, au cœur du système d’orchestration du runtime qui supervise et exécute des millions d’automatisations de process client.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’ingénieurs Logiciel expérimentés pour rejoindre notre équipe afin de mener à bien cette mission. Vous contribuerez à l’amélioration des fonctionnalités existantes de ces services et à l’ajout de nouvelles fonctionnalités au produit.

**Responsibilities**:
**As a senior engineer on Power Automate, you will**:

- Work with key customers, understand their needs and translate that into architectural investments and features
- Design, develop and deliver high-impact features across the entire software lifecycle
- Collaborate within the team and with partner teams to deliver end-to-end systems and experiences
- Ensure software fundamentals of availability, latency, scalability requirements are met in the system
- Investigate and prototype features with new technologies and frameworks
- Deliver features in agile and fast-paced environment with high quality
- Contribute to team-wide fundamentals/infrastructure investments

**En tant que senior engineer, vous devrez**:

- Travailler avec des clients, comprendre leur besoins et traduire ces derniers en fonctionnalités et en investissements sur l’architecture
- Résoudre des problèmes qui couvrent de multiples technologies et bases de code
- Assurer le respect des KPIs fondamentales de disponibilité, latence et évolutivité des services
- Travailler avec les Program Managers et les Designers pour définir les exigences et faire évoluer le produit
- Collaborer avec des équipes partenaires sur site et à distance pour délivrer des systèmes et expériences end-to-end

Améliorer la qualité du produit grâce à des tests et du monitoring

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in software development in MS Azure, C++, C#, ASP.NET, REST
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented languages and software design
- Passion and skills to solve problems
- Great cross team collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently, quick ramp-up
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Engineering degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Professional English
- 4+ années d’expérience en développement logiciel sur (et/ou) MS Azure, C#, ASP.NET, REST
- Bonnes connaissances des langages orientés objet et de la conception de logiciels
- Passion pour la résolution de problèmes
- Bonnes compétences de collaboration entre équipes
- Capacité de travailler de façon indépendante, rapide
- Prospérer dans un environnement de travail au rythme rapide
- Diplôme d’ingénieur en informatique ou expérience équivalente
- Anglais professionnel
