**Role Responsibilities**

Responsible to be the ‘voice of the customer’ within the OEM’s manufacturing facility championing product quality and providing pro-active support and response to any customer concerns.

Understanding the IAC product Quality intent and ensuring standards are assured and kept from delivery of product to point of fit (P.O.F).

Able to support customer concern investigation’s and report accurately the details. Strong negotiation skills, able to discuss and agree issues of liability.

Support and management of engineering change within the OEM.

Work with and manage on-site third party providers.

Ability to rapidly respond to incoming concerns either from the OEM or from the supplying plant.

Responsible for reporting out KPI’s in a timely manner and ensuring metrics are accurate and reflective of current state.

**Preferred Education & Experiences to fulfill role (essential & desirable)**

Proven experience in an engineering function within Automotive manufacturing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German, French, English)

Degree, HND, HNC, IQA beneficial but experience will be taken into consideration

Experience of IATF16949 and Quality Core Tools

Strong customer, internal and external, focus with an ability to communicate at all levels of business

Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills

Good influencing and negotiation skills

Flexible & adaptable
