Department Background:
To lead and develop Marketing & Sales Transformation strategies for the AMIEO Region with an emphasis on:
Building a lean and agile structure, liaison of new strategic and innovative S&M initiatives within and outside the organization including with the Alliance, establish a governance with functions and subregions driving P&L enhancement, and development of new mobility solutions and revenues.

Job description:
Mission and Main tasks and responsibilities:
Lead new customer usership offer for New and used cars integrated development

Align with S&M transformation, CMM and coordinate with other S&M Departments offer bricks

Model offer revenues and margin scheme

Identify pilots requirements & define pilots PDCA

Benchmark competitors (OEMs, Leasers, others), identify opportunities for revenues and differentiation

Collect customer voice

Prepare for usership offer roll out launch

Background and Experience:
Skills & experience required for the position:
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in offer management, marketing, or related roles

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

English Fluent

Leasing or Used cars background
