Dans le cadre de notre développement national et international, nous ouvrons un poste de Sales Executive.

Vous serez intégré au pôle Business, composé d’une vingtaine de collaborateurs. Vous y aurez pour mission principale de développer l’activité commerciale (grands comptes et/ou comptes clés) et de fidéliser notre clientèle. Vous évolurez sur des cycles longs et intervenez sur toutes les phases du projet.

Pour réussir vos missions, vous vous appuierez sur les autres interlocuteurs du pôle (Business Developer, Key Account Manager, Presales).

Vous devrez proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins clients : identification du besoin, développement des relations, positionnement et présentation de notre solution, conclusion de l'offre.
Vous devez adapter votre offre en fonction des besoins clients : proposer une solution complète et/ou sur mesure.
Vous intervenez sur la création à forte valeur ajoutée en répondant aux problématiques clients
Les clients sont soit des leads entrants, auquel cas vous devez les accompagner, soit des clients existants et donc vous devrez les fidéliser.

Profil recherché:

- Vous avez une expérience réussie et significative sur un poste similaire. Nous attendons un profil senior et qui saura mener ce projet à bien. Une expérience d’une dizaine d’années est idéale.
- Une connaissance de notre écosystème est demandée.
- Vous maitrisez les ventes additionnelles et le process des ventes indirectes (non négligeable).
- D’un naturel chasseur, le lien client vous anime (des déplacements auprès de nos clients et intégrateurs seront à prévoir).
- Vous avez idéalement travaillé au sein d’un éditeur de logiciel ou habitué aux ventes complexes de cycle long, idéalement en contexte international : la maitrise de l’anglais est obligatoire. La maitrise d’une langue supplémentaire est un réel plus.

Votre futur environnement de travail:

- Poste basé à Boulogne-Billancourt (arrêt Marcel Sembat, ligne 9).
- Expérimentation de la semaine de 4 jours en 2023.
- Contexte international, bonne ambiance (moments conviviaux, sport hebdomadaire), nombreux avantages (tickets restaurant, CE, mutuelle famille, etc.).
