Au sein de l'équipe Marketing, votre mission principale sera de développer des pratiques de gestion de gamme de produits (PLM) et de coordonner une communauté collaborative qui rationalise en permanence l'offre de produits et améliore la compétitivité et la rentabilité. Cela implique de favoriser un changement de culture vers une stratégie produit axée sur le marché et une gestion proactive du cycle de vie des produits.
En tant que coordinateur, les responsabilités sont de faciliter la communauté PLM, de promouvoir les meilleures pratiques et d'établir le PLM comme moyen de travailler avec les processus associés. Vous gérez des projets PLM mondiaux avec des entités locales, développez des outils soutenus par des données précises et perfectionnez les équipes à travers le réseau pour mieux gérer le portefeuille de séries et développer les prochains produits.
**Missions**:
Plus spécifiquement, vos missions seront de:
**Animer la communauté PLM mondiale**
- Coordonner la roadmap de la communauté PLM. Animer des ateliers pour définir les objectifs et plans d'action pour développer de nouveaux processus et outils, améliorer la qualité des données et lancer des projets PLM mondiaux/régionaux.
- Gérer la communication et les routines de la communauté PLM pour encourager la collaboration et le partage mondiaux des bonnes pratiques locales. Animer les réunions d’information, les séminaires annuels et ateliers de travail.
- Coordonner les groupes de travail avec les PLM et autres fonctions pour réaliser le plan d'action.
**Gérer les processus PLM globaux**
- En collaboration avec notre communauté PLM mondiale, développer et mettre en œuvre des processus de gestion de produits qui couvrent l'ensemble du cycle de vie du produit. La priorité est d'améliorer les processus existants tels que la gestion des produits préférés (Sales Traffic Light) et des produits catalogue, et de développer les processus d'obsolescence.
- Sur la base de benchmark internes et externes, identifier les axes d’amélioration et de développement de bonnes pratiques. Aligner les pratiques dans toutes les entités du réseau et avec les fonctions pertinentes, en particulier BD, Opérations, Données et Finance, pour une gestion efficace de notre portefeuille produits dans un fort contexte de transactions inter-entreprises (intercompany business).
- Créer et améliorer continuellement les guidelines et règles métiers réseau. Gérer la documentation, la communication et les formations. Fournir des KPI pour garantir la performance et l’alignement des processus.
- Accompagner les entités du Réseau dans l'exécution de leurs processus locaux.
**Coordonner des projets PLM régionaux/mondiaux**
- Gérer des projets PLM et de cycle de vie avec les PLM locaux et mondiaux pour assurer et la cohérence globale des projets. La priorité est de lancer et d’accompagner des plans d’obsolescence.
- Fournir des analyses du portefeuille produits et des recommandations de gestion de gamme liés à la promotion/catalogue, à la rationalisation du portefeuille produits ou à l’amélioration de la rentabilité
