Nos conseillers clientèle et spécialistes produits travaillent en étroite collaboration pour répondre aux besoins des clients, à travers des produits et services allant du simple crédit à la gestion de trésorerie internationale ou au financement du commerce international.
Nous recherchons un stagiaire analyste financier pour rejoindre l’équipe Corporate Real Estate composée de 7 personnes. Ce stage, de 6 mois et à temps plein, se déroulera au 38, avenue Kléber à Paris à partir de juillet 2024.
Votre mission sera d’assister l’équipe Structured Finance dans leur activité d’origination et d’exécution de financements structurés immobiliers auprès d’une clientèle internationale et diversifiée, avec notamment des fonds d’investissements, foncières et Family Offices:
- Elaboration, analyse et montage des demandes de crédit (analyse financière, études de marché immobilier, modélisation, recherche d’informations, etc.) ;
- Production de présentations commerciales (pitchs) ;
- Pilotage activité (calculs de rentabilité, rédactions de notes internes, préparation de comités, etc.) ;
- Exécution des transactions en lien avec les différentes lignes métiers de la banque (KYC, Coverage, Middle Office, Salle des Marchés, etc.).
Conditions
BAC+4/5 écoles de commerces ou universités avec un cursus en Finance ayant permis d’acquérir de solides connaissances en analyse financière. Une appétence pour l’immobilier serait appréciée.
- Personnalité dynamique, proactive, faisant preuve de rigueur.
- Langue : français et anglais courants indispensables.
- Disponibilité : Juillet 2024.
Un stage préalable dans un environnement financier (immobilier, banque, cabinet d’audit ou conseil, etc.) serait un plus.
