The **Principal **Global Marketing Automation Specialist (Eloqua)** will be an In-house expert on technical configuration, integration, and coordination of our Marketing Automation Platform and CRM. They will implement, integrate, and provide road maps for future technology solutions, scoping requirements and needs to deliver impactful enhancements to our overall Marketing and Sales technology stack.

**Technical Responsibilities**:

- Integrate Marketing Automation Platform (Eloqua) with CRM (Salesforce) and other systems.
- Implement and integrate Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Management (DTM), HTML5 and other technologies with web templating engines and pre-processors.
- Master browser-based technology and user interface to ensure responsive web design cross-platform cross-device compliance.
- Debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting data solutions and dashboards
- Understand how marketing data is collected, pixels, cookies and their related tag managers and software - Google Tag Manager (GTM), Facebook, Google Adwords, Segment, etc.
- Thorough, rigorous testing and validation of data
- Responsible for the management and administration of the Eloqua platform ensuring usability, data quality, best practice in system architecture, and management of templates, lead scoring, CLS, and functional programs
- BULK and REST API's development and implementation to connect multiple third-party systems
- Eloqua program builder and custom program canvas development
- Develop/create Eloqua App Cloud connector/feeder services

**Business Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for coordinating with Regional Commercial Operations leaders and teams to deploy process, systems, and tools across all global regions
- Works to develop and manage scope, monitor deliverable progress, and escalate issues
- Identifies and oversees testing, develops training materials, and supports business team initiatives
- Advise on best practices and support training of key stakeholders in the marketing and sales organization with respect to the marketing technology capabilities, functionality, and testing
- Ability to communicate with managers and leaders across the organization mainly, but not limited to marketing and IT
- Assess business operational project risk and takes appropriate mitigation actions
- Identify and drive change management actions and communication mechanisms
- Educate business team members on business processes and system functionality
- Triage data collection issues (numbers “not matching up,” “tags” not firing, etc.)
- Share lessons learned across the business and global commercial regions
- Work closely with the business systems lead for development aligned to the roadmaps, delivery of initiatives and use cases as well as the core maintenance of the platforms
- Understand the business challenges and opportunities and build out plans to leverage platform capabilities to best meet the business needs from a marketing and sales funnel perspectives
- Work with marketing teams to drive adoption and utilization of Eloqua capabilities to support optimization to improve the conversion and customer experience

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 5 plus years of professional experience providing systems analysis; and software development, implementation, and support of marketing automation tools
- Have clear expertise and experience in a broad range of business intelligence-based marketing tactics and strategies, and analytics

**Preferred Qualifications**
- BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution; Master’s degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience of software development
- 5-8 years of international process, systems, and tools oversight experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Tag Manager features (variables, tags, triggers, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of tracking methods (data layers, tracking objects, etc.)
- Thorough understanding of lead management/lifecycle and how to analyze and develop actionable recommendations for improving programs
- Experience developing and maintaining data hygiene/normalization programs
- Fast Learner - Can achieve power-user status on multiple tools quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Agility to quickly adjust priorities and shift direction while maintaining poise and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work quickly and independently while under deadline pressure and follow through on assignments
- Basic knowledge of media platform implementations (Facebook, Google Ads, etc.)
- Proficient using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- Ability to build strong working relationships with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the organization’s efficient operation and success
- Skilled communicator; comfortable and experienced at multiple levels
- Ability to travel to foreign countries
- Requires 10% travel on occasion
