BNEU is building its reputation with franchises such as ELDEN RING, PAC-MAN, Dark Souls, TEKKEN, and many more.
Part of the Japanese Bandai Namco group, an entertainment industry leader with a presence in video games, toys and amusement parks, Bandai Namco Europe has 15 international offices with operations in 50 countries around the world.
**Poste**:
Working within the EMEA headquarters and under the supervision of our President and the Audit Committee, you will define the Internal Audit processes and deploy them for around twenty Group companies, mainly in Europe, but also in Australia, New Zealand and Canada. To carry out your missions, you will work with the Top Management team, the Finance and Operations Departments of the various Group entities, the members of the Audit Committee and the members of the Internal Audit Department of our mother company in Japan.
In this context, you will be responsible for (non-exhaustive list):
- Drawing up and periodically updating the Risk Matrix for BNEU entities
- Propose an annual audit plan to the Audit Committee and implement it
- Carry out annual "Japanese-SOX" audit reviews of each BNEU entity, to ensure that controls designed to ensure the reliability of individual and consolidated financial reporting are relevant and effective
- Carry out annual audit reviews of a panel of Group companies, in line with the guidelines shared with the mother company in Japan
- Carry out specific reviews as defined in the audit plan or in response to ad hoc needs
- Monitor the activity of an Internal Auditor
**Profil**:
- Bachelor to master’s degree (business school, IEP, business university or engineering school)
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience, part of which in internal audit within an international group
- Very good level of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills, requiring a balance between diplomacy, tenacity and firmness
- Ability to analyze, model and synthesize information
- Good writing skills
- Good personal organization is required to handle several assignments at once, while managing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Thoroughness and autonomy
- Ability to propose and take initiative
- Intellectual curiosity and a critical mind
- Appetence for information systems
