The aim is to drive sustainable financial growth by driving sales and forging strong client relationships.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Organize business meetings with potential customers
- Promotes the company's products/services addressing or predicting customer objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring compliance with rules and guidelines established by law
- Keep records of sales, revenues, invoices, etc.
- Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support
- Establish long term relationships with new and existing customers

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven track record as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or relevant role
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of the market
- Good communication skills; good listener
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPivot, Access, PowerPoint)
- QlikView, PowerBI)
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Relationship building skills
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
