Nous recherchons un(e) Accounting Intern pour un stage de 6 mois minimum, basé dans nos bureaux de Lyon.

**Missions**
- Comptabilité Clients (facturation, relances et gestion des comptes clients)
- Comptabilité Fournisseurs (traitement des factures et gestion des comptes fournisseurs)
- Comptabilité Paie (écritures comptables de la paie et gestion des notes de frais)
- Participation à la Finance d'entreprise en assistant notre RAF (reporting mensuels, prévisions, gestion de trésorerie etc.)

**Qui nous recherchons**
- Titulaire à mínima d’un Bac +2, idéalement en Comptabilité et Gestion administrative ;
- De bonnes bases comptables et une bonne maîtrise d'Excel ;
- Une excellente communication orale et écrite en français ;
- Une bonne maîtrise orale et écrite de l’anglais ;
- Une attention particulière aux détails ;
- La capacité à travailler avec des deadlines serrées ;
- Proactivité et anticipation ;
- Une expérience préalable réussie est un plus, stage ou emploi, dans la comptabilité et/ou la gestion.

Internship (minimum 6 months)
- Position either full-time - 35 hours/week or part-time
- Based in Lyon, France, with the possibility of working from home from time to time
- Monthly compensation: 800€

Upfluence develops and markets influencer marketing software in SaaS mode worldwide.

Our growing global team is currently split between our offices in New York, Mexico City and Lyon.

We are looking for an Accounting Intern for a 6 month (minimum) Internship, based in our Lyon office.

**Duties**
- Accounts receivable (invoicing, reminders and accounts receivable management)
- Accounts payable (invoice processing and accounts payable management)
- Payroll accounting (payroll accounting entries and management of expense accounts)
- Participation in corporate finance by assisting our CFO (monthly reporting, forecasts, cash management, etc.).

**Who we are looking for**
- At least a Baccalaureate+2, ideally in Accounting and Administrative Management;
- Good basic accounting skills and proficiency in Excel;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French;
- Good oral and written command of English;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to work to tight deadlines;
- Proactivity and anticipation;
- Previous successful experience in accounting and/or management (internship or job) is a plus;
