Notre groupe Terminaux de Normandie - TCF, qui fait partie du portfolio de terminaux à conteneurs du groupe Terminal Investment Limited, opère deux terminaux à containers sur Port 2000. Le terminal du Havre sert de porte d’entrée à long terme pour nos clients armateurs et de hub de transbordement dans la région nord-ouest de l’Europe pour le premier armateur mondial MSC. Un plan d’investissement et de modernisation ambitieux a été récemment décidé et nous permettra de devenir un point d'accès encore plus important pour le marché français du fret. Cette initiative en plusieurs phases d’investissements déjà amorcée va monter en puissance pendant les prochaines années et entrainera le triplement de nos capacités et l’accueil des plus grands navires du monde dès 2025. Les équipements nouvellement installés seront entièrement électrifiés, réduisant encore les émissions directes du terminal.
Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons notre Legal & Compliance Manager - Responsable Juridique. Rattaché au Directeur général délégué - CFO, vous êtes garant du droit et aimez la polyvalence des missions et jouez un rôle de premier plan pour accompagner l’accomplissement des objectifs de notre groupe.
Vos principales missions:
- Droit des Affaires : assurer la conformité juridique des accords au mieux des intérêts de l’entreprise avec nos différents partenaires (Clients, Fournisseurs, Autorités portuaires ). Vous intervenez en conseil en amont pour analyser et rédiger les accords précontractuels et contractuels (Appel d’offres, contrats cadres, contrats d’approvisionnements, contrats de construction, contrats d’Achats, cgv, conventions intra-groupes, contrats clients ). Vous négociez et intervenez auprès de nos partenaires en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes du groupe (siège, direction, équipe projets, prescripteurs et acheteurs, services techniques, service Claim & Insurance ) afin de trouver les solutions juridiques optimales. Vous êtes directement impliqués dans les procédures d’achat et les appels d’offres et collaborez avec le Service Claim & Insurance pour gérer les dossiers de précontentieux et contentieux.
- Droit des sociétés : assurer le suivi, la conformité et la réalisation dans le calendrier des opérations courantes et exceptionnelles, en participant activement à notre programme de simplification juridique. Vous faites évoluer et vivre notre matrice de délégation.
- Droit public / domanialité : assurer le suivi et l’évolution de nos conventions d’occupations sur le domaine public portuaire havrais dans le cadre de notre projet de développement.
Vos compétences:
Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente, comme juriste ou avocat au sein d’un cabinet puis idéalement en entreprise. Vous travaillez en anglais.
Consciencieux, Réactif, Ouvert, vous êtes doté(e) d’un fort esprit d’équipe. Vous avez démontré votre esprit d’analyse et votre aisance relationnelle. Vous savez prendre des responsabilités et vous adapter.
Poste à pourvoir en CDI, au Havre, Package selon profil.
