**Description du poste et des missions**:
Rejoignez un laboratoire centré sur le patient, et disposant de tous les moyens pour vous faire réussir. Ce laboratoire met un accent sur la centricité du patient, vous permettant de contribuer directement à l’amélioration de la qualité de vie des patients grâce à des traitements innovant.

Ce laboratoire vous propose d’avoir accès aux dernières avancées en recherche vous permettant de contribuer à la découverte de de nouveaux traitements innovant.

En tant que Senior Médical advicor, Oncologie, vous ferez partie de notre équipe Lead TA Oncology, responsable de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie médicale (Plan Médical Principal) dans le domaine thérapeutique désigné, l’Oncologie, au niveau de l’affilié.
- Vous coordonnerez et exécuterez des activités médicales / scientifiques pour comprendre l’environnement externe local et les lacunes en matière de données; traduire les idées en stratégies et activités et assurer que les besoins d'information des parties prenantes clés sont satisfaits afin de garantir l’utilisation sûre et appropriée des produits du laboratoire
- Grâce à vos solides compétences en communication et en organisation, vous influencerez les parties prenantes clés et ferez partie d’une équipe inclusive qui travaille au développement de thérapies innovantes pour les patients.

En tant que Médical Senior advisor, Oncologie et membre de notre équipe Lead TA Oncology, vous allez:

- Fournir une expertise médicale et scientifique stratégique à l’appui de toutes les réalisations de Medical Affairs (MA) des affiliés et des activités transversales.
- Démontrer un leadership matriciel en développant et en maintenant des partenariats intégrés avec les principales parties prenantes internes et externes afin de garantir que toutes les activités des MA des affiliés répondent aux besoins locaux et avancent la compréhension médicale/scientifique des produits du laboratoire tout au long de leur cycle de vie
- Être responsable de la compréhension et de l’engagement des parties prenantes externes pour faire progresser la compréhension et la science derrière les composés en développement, l’utilisation sûre et efficace des produits du laboratoire et les états pathologiques qu’ils traitent.
- S’engager et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les principales parties prenantes internes, y compris les équipes de marque à travers l’affilié pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux de l’affilié.
- Assurer que toutes les activités des MA des affiliés apportent de la valeur et sont basées sur une validité scientifique, une importance clinique et respectent les délais et le budget.

**Connaissances et Expériences Essentielles**:

- Bonne compréhension et connaissance des lois et réglementations de l’industrie.
- Expérience dans la gestion de projets complexes et capacité à agir de manière indépendante, par exemple AdBoards, Publications, Preceptorship.
- Partenariat stratégique proactif avec différentes fonctions internes, par exemple Commercial, Accès au Marché, HEOR.

**Connaissances/Expérience/Qualifications Préférées**:

- Doctorat (MD, PhD en sciences de la santé) ou équivalent.
- Expérience approfondie dans la zone thérapeutique de l'oncologie.

**Éducation/Qualifications**:

- Diplôme Médecin
- Maîtrise des langues anglaise et française.
