Ce développement rapide nous mène à recruter un **Meeting Planner** pour notre siège basé à Béziers.
**Description du poste**
Afin de renforcer l'équipe de notre Responsable MICE, vos principales missions seront:
- Organisation opérationnelle des évènements d’affaires confirmés sur nos 3 destinations
- Finalisation de l’organisation avec le client, transmissions des informations aux équipes, suivi du bon déroulement de l’évènement
- Facturation et gestion des débiteurs
- Seconder la Responsable Commerciale dans l’établissement des devis séminaire
**Profil recherché**
Issu(e) d’une formation dans le domaine commercial/événementiel, vous justifiez impérativement d’une expérience d’un an minimum sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans l’hôtellerie restauration.
**Compétences requises**:
- Faire preuve d’anticipation, de réactivité, d’organisation et de rigueur
- Bonnes capacités relationnelles et aimer le travail d’équipe
- Bon niveau d’anglais apprécié
Moyen de locomotion indispensable pour se rendre dans les domaines
Horaires de bureau, pas de travail le week-end hormis exception.
Poste non ouvert au télétravail.
