**Description du poste**:

Responsable du service marketing et communication digitale France, vos tâches s'articuleront autour de 5 grands axes:
**DIGITAL**:
- Est chargé(e) d'implémenter la stratégie digitale de Dorchester Collection sur l'ensemble des canaux digitaux en propre : site internet, boutique en ligne, blog, sites annexes, Google
- S'assure de la mise à jour des contenus sur les sites annexes et opère une veille constante de notre e-réputation.
- Participe en étroite collaboration avec le siège au déploiement des campagnes SEO / PPC / Social Ads / Google ads.
- Analyse les rapports de performances digitaux et assure un suivi quotidien de celles-ci.
**MARKETING**:
- Est garant(e) du respect des chartes graphiques des hôtels et points de vente pour l'ensemble des supports créés.
- Développe les chartes graphiques et nouvelles identités visuelles de nos points de vente et est responsable du brief, de la supervision et de la bonne mise en place des supports.
- Développe et supervise les mises à jour de l'ensemble des collatérales (BtoB ou BtoC), soit par le biais de designers externes soit directement via l'utilisation de la Suite Adobe.
**EMAILINGS**:
- S'assure de la bonne mise à jour de nos bases de données en interne et opère une sensibilisation constante des équipes quant à l'acquisition et la qualité des données clients.
**CONTENU**:
- Définit la stratégie de développement des contenus visuels des deux hôtels dans le respect de leur positionnement et identité (photoshoting, partenariats et collaborations, vidéo shooting).
- Supervise l'ensemble des tournages vidéos et photos institutionnels ou digitaux, de leur planification à la validation finale des contenus et est garant(e) du respect de l'identité visuelle de nos hôtels et de Dorchester Collection.
- Est garant(e) d'une création de contenu continue pour l'ensemble de nos réseaux sociaux et de la qualité et pertinence de celui-ci.
- Supervise le développement des contenus rédactionnels à destination de notre site internet et blog et est force de proposition pour nourrir celui-ci avec de nouveaux sujets.
**RESEAUX SOCIAUX**:
- Implémente la stratégie réseaux sociaux dans le respect des guidelines mises en place par la Global Social Media Manager DC.
- Supervise le community management quotidien sur l'ensemble de nos réseaux sociaux et veille à ce que celui-ci soit fait dans le respect de notre image de marque et de notre stratégie de relation client
- Supervise l'ensemble des séjours influenceurs et créateur de contenus, organise leur venue avec l'ensemble des équipes opérationnelles et s'assure du bon déroulement de leur séjour et de la maximisation de leur impact média.
