**Qui sommes-nous ?**

Notre entreprise de chasseur immobilier, Wihuntiz, a pour but de chercher à développer une offre de service pour aider les acquéreurs, les propriétaires, les associations et les sociétés à concrétiser leur projet immobilier.

Wihuntiz s’inscrit alors dans la volonté de valoriser le métier de chasseur immobilier. Pour son fondateur, cet axe d’amélioration se traduit par l’innovation en accordant le digital au relationnel afin d’engager un échange de qualité avec le client.

L'objectif est de développer notre propre plateforme de service dédiée à l'accompagnement de nos clients. Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous avons créé un service d'architecture et décoration d’intérieur, nommé Homestylz. Ce service a été créé pour améliorer notre accompagnement.

C'est ainsi que nous recherchons un Sales Development Representative en télétravail pour développer notre clientèle.

En tant qu'indépendant, votre rémunération est calculée en fonction de vos rendez-vous et des ventes qui en découlent, sans plafond. Cela dépend entièrement de votre engagement et de votre collaboration avec nous

**Description des missions**:
Accompagné du CEO, vous serez en charge de construire, développer et suivre un portefeuille client.

Vous aurez en charge les missions suivantes:

- Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux client (BtoB, BtoC)
- Créer et qualifier des bases de données dans notre CRM
- Générez des rendez-vous qualifiés
- Closer la vente par téléphone

**Description du profil recherché**:
Passionné, autonome et excellent en relationnel, le Sales Development Representative recherché excelle dans la vente et le télétravail. Maîtrisant les outils du marketing digital, il aime le contact téléphonique, dépasse les objectifs et établit des relations de confiance. Statut de **micro-entrepreneur requis**. Rémunération basée sur performance.
