Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Manager Account Payable tasked with contributing to the end-to-end design and development of procurement processes within the ERP system. This role involves a deep dive into the procurement lifecycle, from supplier sourcing and selection through to payment, ensuring processes are optimized, efficient, and fully integrated within the ERP to support operational excellence and strategic procurement objectives.Your key missions
- End-to-End Process Design: Contribute to the design and specification of the 'Receipt to Pay' cycle within the ERP system, covering invoice reception, processing, and supplier payments
- ERP System Optimization: Work closely with the tech teams to configure and develop the ERP system's functionalities for supplier accounting, focusing on automation, accuracy, and streamlined processing.
- Compliance and Controls: Support definition of robust internal controls and compliance checks within the 'Receipt to Pay' process to meet audit requirements and adhere to financial regulations.
- Supplier Payment Strategies: Participate to PR payment terms strategy defined in the S2C process design
- Dispute Resolution: Contribute to process design that will limit discrepancies & simplify resolution of invoice discrepancies and disputes with suppliers
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to ensure a cohesive approach to supplier financial management, aligning 'Receipt to Pay' processes with broader end-to-end processes
- Sustainability and Ethical Sourcing: Contribute to integrating sustainability and ethical sourcing criteria into the procurement process design, aligning with Pernod Ricard’s commitment to corporate responsibility.
If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply- You hold a Master's degree at engineering or business school with a major in accounting and/or finance.- You have 7 years' professional experience, especially in FMCG.- Mandatory technical skills: Accounts payable process. End-to-end procurement process management; Knowledge of procurement improvement and standardization of principles and approaches.- SAP Savvy is a nice to have, especially SAP S4 HANA.- You are fluent in English. French or Spanish would be a plus.
