Rattaché(e) au Responsable du customer success, tu auras pour objectif d'**assurer un accompagnement et un support de qualité** afin de garantir la meilleure **satisfaction** **de nos clients. Tu participeras à la croissance et au succès de Tolteck grâce aux missions suivantes:
**Customer Success (70% du temps)**:
- Gérer les demandes de support utilisateurs (mail, chat, téléphone)
- Participer à l’optimisation de la satisfaction utilisateur (NPS, sites d’avis )
- Récupérer les feedbacks (produits, relation client) pour améliorer la satisfaction client et le produit
**Account Management (30% du temps)**:
- Accompagner les utilisateurs dans la découverte et le paramétrage du logiciel (formation à distance)
