We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Data Analyst. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering, organizing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making across various departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and other analysts, to deliver actionable reports and recommendations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Data Collection and Cleaning_
- Gather, extract, and clean data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct data validation and data quality checks to identify and resolve anomalies.
- Data Analysis and Visualization_
- Analyze datasets using statistical and data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Reporting and Presentation_
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support business operations and decision-making.
- Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative Projects_
- Work collaboratively with other team members on various projects to provide data-driven insights.
- Contribute to data-related discussions and brainstorming sessions to improve analytical processes.
- Continuous Improvement_
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices related to data analysis.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or Google Data Studio).
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Good level of English (French is a plus but not mandatory)
