**Description du poste**:
Vous êtes responsable du suivi commercial de votre clientèle et de la bonne réalisation de projets qui vous sont confiés, sous la responsabilité du Directeur Opérationnel.
Vous assurez la coordination opérationnelle et le suivi financier de plusieurs opérations.
Vous dirigez les travaux, encadrez les équipes et veillez au respect des délais, de la sécurité et de la qualité.
Vous contrôlez toutes les étapes des dossiers de la vente au chantier, depuis l'étude du dossier jusqu'à la réception des travaux et à l
- encaissement.
**Profil recherché**:
Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation allant de BAC+3 à Ingénieur, spécialisée en bâtiment et complétée par une première expérience dans le second-œuvre du bâtiment.
Vous maîtrisez la gestion commerciale, les méthodologies des phases de consultation et le volet administratif.
Vous avez des connaissances en métrage pour réalisation des offres commerciales.
Vous maîtrisez les règles techniques de base liées à la construction d'un ouvrage (bâtiment,...).
Vous savez analyser un dossier technique et proposer des modifications techniques et financières.
Vous avez le permis B.
Vous êtes autonome, dynamique et souhaitez vous investir dans une organisation en reconstruction.
