Nous recherchons pour notre client, entreprise spécialisée en développement, production et intègration des solutions en électronique embarquée et logiciel embarqué à travers le monde, un(e) software manager / leadtech H/F pour intégrer leur structure à Vénissieux.
Les missions que vous serez amenés à réaliser:
- Gérer les ressources humains de votre équipe ( plan de charge, affectation et recrutement ).
- Réaliser les entretiens des personnes qui vous seront rattachés ( évaluation, fixation des objectifs, définir les besoins en formation ).
- Encadrement des ingénieurs et des techniciens.
- Validation des choix techniques et vérification du developpement.
- Pilotage de l’évolution technologique et de la veille technologique logicielle.
- Participation au chiffrage des offres et garantir les chiffrage SW.
- Réalisation de certains projets en tant que chargé d’affaire (POC et projets mono disciplinaires).
- Vous serez garant de la validation des livrables, gestion de configuration, respect de la garantie logicielle et du support client interne et externe.
Pour mener à bien vos missions, vous travaillerez en partenariat avec des ingénieurs, des techniciens développement et des architectes logiciels.
Vous échangerez également avec les chargés d'affaires, ingénieurs commerciaux, acheteurs, responsable de service, le service production, les clients et fournisseurs.

**Profil recherché**
Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience sur un poste similaire.
Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master Informatique / Ingénierie des systèmes complexes / Développement logiciel / Master Programmation et logiciels sûrs / Master Ingénierie systèmes et logiciels.
Vous disposez d’une bonne capacité de synthèse, adaptabilité, vous savez travailler en équipe, notamment dans des environnements multidisciplinaires.
Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome et avec le sens des responsabilités ?
