**A propos d’Upfluence**

Upfluence développe et commercialise dans le monde entier un logiciel de marketing d’influence en mode SaaS. La plateforme Upfluence permet aux marques et aux agences d’identifier et de contacter des millions d’influenceurs sur les réseaux sociaux et les blogs. Le logiciel permet également de gérer et analyser leurs campagnes de marketing d’influence. Depuis le lancement en mode SaaS en octobre 2016, la société connaît une croissance mensuelle à deux chiffres et cherche à maintenir ce rythme. Notre équipe grandissante est internationale et répartie entre nos bureaux de New York, Los Angeles, Lyon et Mexico City.

Nous recherchons actuellement notre futur web designer / graphiste web pour développer et être le garant de la charte graphique d’Upfluence sur tous les supports digitaux. Ce rôle fait partie de l’équipe marketing.

**Ce que nous attendons**

Votre responsabilité est tout d’abord de produire des visuels et mises en pages engageants en accord avec la charte graphique existante, mettre à jour et faire évoluer les sites Internet de la société. Plus particulièrement, votre rôle est de:

- Produire des visuels à destinations on/offline dans le respect de la charte graphique existante.
- Construire et mettre à jour des mises en page web responsives sur les sites Internet de la société.
- Maquetter les bannières, newsletters et autres visuels à destination de campagnes marketing : Facebook ads, Google ads, Linkedin ads etc.
- Designer les pièces de contenu produites par l’équipe marketing : études de cas, livres blancs, guides etc.
- Assurer une veille des performances techniques des sites Internet et mise en conformité avec les consignes Google PageSpeed Insights et Search Console.
- Veiller au maintien et amélioration des taux de conversion des pages clés de nos sites internet et mettre en place des stratégies A/B testing.
- Designer nos supports commerciaux (Google slides), réponses à appels d’offres (pdf) ;
- Concevoir nos supports de communication offline : affiches, stands pour les salons, goodies etc.

En un mot, vous façonnez l’image d’Upfluence sur tous les supports.

**La personne que nous recherchons**
- Maîtrise Figma et la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Est à l’aise avec l’utilisation de Wordpress et Elementor
- Maîtrise les notions de base de l’HTML/CSS
- A une appétence pour le motion design
- Est passionnée de graphisme, principalement online
- Souhaite façonner l’image d’Upfluence sur tous les supports
- S’exprime couramment en français et en anglais
- Est à la fois créative et structurée
- A 2 ans d’expérience minimum en tant que graphiste web

**About Upfluence**

Upfluence develops and sells a SaaS influencer marketing software worldwide. Upfluence’s software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale, as well as manage and analyze their influencer marketing campaigns. Since the launch of our SaaS software in October 2016, the company has shown a double-digit growth rate month over month and we are looking to expand even more. Our team is international and ever-growing, distributed between our offices in New York, Los Angeles, Lyon and Mexico City.

We are currently looking for our future Graphic Designer to develop and guarantee Upfluence's graphic guidelines on all digital media. This role is part of the marketing team.

**What we expect from you**

First, your responsibility is to create engaging visuals and layouts in accordance with the already established visual guidelines, and to update the company’s websites. More precisely, your role is to:

- Produce the online/offline visuals appropriately in line with the existing visual guidelines
- Build and update responsive web pages on all company’s websites
- Design banners, newsletters and other visuals for marketing campaigns: Facebook ads, Google ads, Linkedin ads etc.
- Design all content pieces produced by the marketing team: customer stories,
