Managing, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, évaluation et accompagnement RH recrute pour son client, groupe international leader dans des solutions de haute technologie et présent dans plus d’une centaine de pays. Dans un contexte de développement des activités et de croissance organique impliquant de nombreux projets IT à échelle internationale, nous recherchons, son futur Senior System Engineer H/F.

Au sein d’une équipe internationale (Asie, Europe et US) spécialisée système IT, vous avez pour rôle de gérer l'installation/configuration, l'exploitation et la maintenance des systèmes et des logiciels, ainsi que de l'infrastructure connexe. Vous participez à la recherche et au développement techniques afin de permettre une innovation permanente au sein de l'infrastructure. Vous veillez également à ce que les systèmes d'exploitation, les systèmes logiciels et les procédures connexes respectent les standards de l'organisation.

A ce titre, vous avez pour principales missions de:

- Contribuer à la migration du groupe vers les services Microsoft O365 Exchange Online,
- Supporter les évolutions et le maintien de l’infrastructure Exchange online et Active Directory/ADFS -Assurer la Gestion de l’environnement Office 365 et Azure AD,
- Assurer le maintien de l’infrastructure Hybride Exchange On-Premise/Exchange Online,
- Prendre en charge les plates-formes centrales existantes, les solutions personnalisées ainsi que la création et l'assistance à la conception de nouvelles plates-formes de gestion de l'information,
- Assurer la conception de solutions au niveau Groupe sur la base des exigences techniques, applicatives et commerciales communiquées,
- Développer et exécuter des scénarios de déploiement complexes,
- Apporter les conseils et le support pour soutenir les solutions de plates-formes hybrides et la rationalisation des plates-formes,
- Garantir la sécurisation des solutions (Patch Management),
- Assurer la rédaction de documentation technique et de support,
- Développer l’automatisation des tâches opérationnelles quand cela est possible,
- Prendre part à et/ou piloter la gestion de projets et de réunions internationales,
- Assurer une veille dans la recherche de nouvelles technologies permettant de supporter l’atteinte des objectifs du groupe.

Issu(e) d'une formation ingénieur en Informatique, avec une spécialisation Système, vous vous appuyez sur une expérience minimum de 5 ans dans un rôle similaire, impliquant la mise en œuvre de connaissances approfondies en matière d'infrastructure Exchange online et Active Directory/ADFS.

Vous disposez d’une expérience technique et projet acquise dans le cadre de migrations d'Exchange vers Office365, et de connaissances solides des environnements MS Windows Server 2008/2012/2016.

Au-delà de vos connaissances techniques, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos capacités de communication tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, votre rigueur et votre capacité à développer une approche méthodique en matière de résolution des problèmes.

Disposant d’un réel sens du service, vous savez faire preuve de réactivité dans votre rôle afin de soutenir le business au quotidien. Vous faites à la fois preuve d’autonomie tout en vous inscrivant dans une logique de collaboration en équipes pluridisciplinaires et multiculturelles.

Votre capacité à prendre du recul, à proposer de nouvelles idées, formuler des recommandations et obtenir le consensus de l’équipe pour aller de l’avant seront des atouts importants dans votre rôle.

Une bonne maitrise de l'anglais sera requise pour assurer des échanges quotidiens avec les différents interlocuteurs (équipes internationales).
