POSITION
**RETAIL MERCHANDISER, RTW & SHOES**

**YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT**
As a Retail Merchandiser, and part of the Europe and Middle East Region, you will support the Retail Merchandising manager of your category to develop the sales and implement the products strategy of the maison.
**MISSION**
**BUYING**
- Define the assortment per cluster, the quantities on each product, based on sales analyses, stores feedbacks and following central guidelines (4 times per year).
- Be able to share and present relevant collection feedback and products needs for the zone.
**SALES DEVELOPMENT/ FOLLOW UP & RETAIL SUPPORT**
- Follow closely your sales every week thanks to reports update and other analysis.
- Answer to stores requests
- Stores support & market visit
- Implement actions to boost your sales thanks to stock rebalancing and transfers, transversal action plan with support function (clienteling, training, digital team).
- Be pro-active on proposing new report, new tools, new analysis to better understand and follow your business.
**COLLECTION LAUNCH**
- Prepare launch pack and training book for the launch on new collection.
- Present buying strategy and key best to the stores.
- Participate to the products training.
PROFILE
**KEYS FOR SUCCESS**
**EDUCATION**:
- Business School, University or “equivalent experience”
**EXPERIENCE**:
- Position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail merchandising in luxury/ fashion business.
**COMPETENCIES**:
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of Excel
- Master in power point.
