Fondé en 2008 par un groupe de clubs, RITM est devenu en moins de 10 ans une marque incontournable dans l’univers du Fitness et de la remise en forme. En constante expansion, le groupe RITM compte aujourd’hui 6 Clubs sur Paris et 11 clubs dans toute la France.

Rattaché au Directeur Général, le Manager de Club a pour missions:

- Organiser et développer localement une communauté active et sportive autour de la marque RITM Sport
- Manage une équipe autour des valeurs du sport pour tous et à tout âge
- Optimise les résultats chiffrés et le nombre de contrats vendus, en utilisant les moyens humains et commerciaux permettant au club de développer toutes les opportunités de croissance de chiffre d'affaires.
- Suit des budgets et analyse des indicateurs de performance.
- Responsable de la qualité d’accueil de son club, il garantit un service impeccable et gère les différentes remarques des adhérents.
- Assure les responsabilités classiques d’un Manager : responsabilité des encaissements, gestion des plannings, gestion des commandes et du stock. Il est garant de la parfaite tenue du centre et de la présentation irréprochable de l’ensemble de ses équipes. Force de proposition, il organise des événements en collaboration avec le département Marketing du siège social basé à Paris.
- Gestion de la qualité de son portefeuille client. Rend compte à son supérieur hiérarchique de ses actions, de ses résultats, des décisions qu'il est amené à prendre et des performances de ses équipes.

**Profil**:
Diplômé d’une formation STAPS, Management ou Commerciale dans le sport / fitness (Bac +2 min), vous justifiez impérativement d’une expérience (3 ans min) de management opérationnel ou vous avez l’expérience de Manager d’un club de remise en forme ou d’une équipe. Rigoureux (euse), vous savez planifier, organiser l'activité et gérer les priorités. Sens de la performance, capacité à être force de proposition et à conduire le changement sont également des qualités indispensables.
