Description
En tant que Team Leader, vous serez responsable d’encadrer et d’animer l'équipe des ventes et notamment:
- Faire le lien entre les équipes de direction et les équipes terrain
- Transmettre les valeurs et les objectifs de la direction conformément à la stratégie d'entreprise
- Fédérer, développer l'esprit d'équipe et la cohésion
- Superviser et accompagner les commerciaux
- Encourager l'autonomie et la prise de décision
- Développer les compétences des membres de l’équipe
- Planifier et suivre le travail de l’équipe
- Suivre les objectifs fixés par le top management
- Évaluer l'efficacité et les compétences
- Faire le reporting de son activité au top management
- Veille concurrentielle
Exigences et experience:
- Solides connaissances des techniques de négociation
- Maîtrise du CRM
- Bonnes connaissances en gestion
- Bonnes compétences en communication
- Bonne connaissance du secteur et de ses produits.
