Dans le cadre de son activité d'aide au recrutement, d2m Services recherche pour son Client spécialisé dans la construction navale, un.e ingénieur.e Bureau Etudes Industrialisation.
Spécialiste dans la coordination et l'emménagements de navire, vous coordonnez l élaboration des dossiers d études d industrialisation à partir du dossier de conception générale dans le respect des coûts et délais impartis.
Vous êtes l interlocuteur privilégié du Bureau d Etudes d Industrialisation avec les interlocuteurs internes (BE du groupe et partenaire, Chargés d Affaires, services achats et Production), les fournisseurs et les organismes de contrôle.
Vous encadrez les équipes et proposez la mise à disposition des ressources en fonction des disponibilités de l ensemble des Dessinateurs et des Projeteurs.
**Rôle de contrôle**:
Contrôler les plans et les demandes d achats dans son domaine de compétence
Piloter et contrôler le modèle 3D de coordination (dont Electricité et HVAC)
Piloter et contrôler les études d emménagements
Contrôler le choix des équipements et de routages
Contrôler et assurer le suivi des études sous traitées.
Contrôler et assurer le suivi des échanges de documents avec les sociétés de classification si nécessaire.
**Rôle de coordination**:
S assurer de la coordination des études avec les autres Chefs de Groupe, pour chaque projet,
Suivre les mises à jour de la conception générale telle que construite.
**Rôle technique**:
Rédiger et mettre à jour les standards chantiers
S assurer du maintien et de la veille technique de la bibliothèque d équipement
Mettre en place des fiches d autocontrôle afin de garantir la qualité des livrables étude
**Fonction de management**:
Organiser et planifier l activité des Dessinateurs et des Projeteurs dans le respect du planning et des budgets d études.
Suivre le plan de charge du groupe et alerter le Responsable du Bureau d Etude d Industrialisation des dérapages possibles
Proposer des solutions, conseiller et orienter les interlocuteurs.
Déplacements nationaux et internationaux fréquents en fonction de l activité et des besoins auprès des interlocuteurs.
Profil recherché
Niveau Ingénieur ou équivalent, passionné par l environnement naval.
10 années d expériences dans son domaine de compétence en construction navale.
Métiers : Dessinateur Projeteur / ou conception s / Coordinateur des Opérations Techniques.
Outils techniques:
Pack Office.
Autocad.
Cadmatic
