- Les clauses fiscales des contrats de marché
- la fiscalité des contrats et notamment les clauses fiscales et les problématiques de prix de transfert
- les questions liées à la fiscalité indirecte et notamment la TVA
- la fiscalité d'exploitation, notamment la validation de résultats fiscaux, la supervision et l'assistance des filiales françaises et étrangères (revues fiscales, soutien contrôle fiscal...), l'analyse des risques fiscaux
- la mise en place de procédures d'échanges d'informations avec les autorités fiscales (FATCA, CRS, DAC 6)
- les contrôles fiscaux (assistance lors des vérifications fiscales, contentieux...).
Il a idéalement une connaissance des normes IFRS.
**Votre Profil**
**Qualifications**
- Formation en Droit Fiscal (eg, DEA, DESS, Magistère, DJCE) idéalement complétée par un diplôme d'Ecole de Commerce ou un diplôme de Gestion
**Experience**
- A partir de 8 ans d'expérience dans le domaine fiscal avec idéalement une expérience au sein du département fiscal d'un cabinet d'avocats et/ou d'un groupe opérant dans le secteur bancaire ou la gestion d'actifs
- une expertise sur la TVA et sur les filialles immobilières seront des éléments de différenciation.

- Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Bonne faculté de résistance à la pression
- Motivé et réelle capacité à travailler en équipe
- Très bon relationnel et aptitude à communiquer efficacement sur des sujets techniques
