We are looking for an Electrical Architect Leader to join Alstom’s Train Electrical team. This role is key to challenge Alstom’s tenders and solve technical issues faced during the development phases.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Collecting return on experiences of the Train Electrical community
- Coach and train the Train Electrical Engineers
- Deploying methodologies on sites and developing the technical knowledge of the Train Electrical Community
- Be a key player in supporting the project team fulfilling their engagement in terms of Quality, Delivery and Cost
- Define new technical solutions to decrease cost and time development

**in addition, you will have**:

- an end to end view on projects design
- a direct impact the projects quality, delivery and cost by challenging the design
- a direct visibility to the site teams by travelling regularly across more than 20 sites to engage teams in a simplication journey, solving their problems, bringing best practices observed in teams

**This role will successfully bring your career to leadership roles in Engineering or Project teams.**

**Your profile**:

- Advanced degree (Engineering, University or similar)
- Experience with Electrical domains and products
- At least 5 years of operational experience
- Knowledge of cost and lead design
- Strong communication capabilities
- Available to travel 25-50% worldwide (Europe, India, Americas)
