**Description de la mission**:
En tant que customer success SaaS, vous serez l'interlocuteur les comptes, reliant les marques au siège et les marchés locaux à travers le monde.
Après une formation sur site pour maîtriser nos solutions, vos missions seront de:
Recueillir et formaliser les besoins clients. Planifier, suivre et contrôler les déploiements.
Paramétrer notre plateforme et former les utilisateurs.
Gérer les relations
Assurer la conduite du changement
Votre rôle sera crucial pour garantir la satisfaction de nos clients et la réussite de leurs projets
**Profil**:
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac+3/5 et avez une première expérience réussie en gestion de projet SaaS..
Vous parlez anglais couramment et êtes à l'aise avec les outils de gestion de projet.
Vous possédez une excellente maîtrise d'Excel
Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se), avec un sens aigu du service client et d'excellentes capacités d'analyse et de communication.
