We are currently looking for a hands-on digital media manager based in our Paris office; reporting directly to the Senior Media Manager in charge of Devialet’s global digital paid media. This role will be focusing on Devialet’s performance media investments, ensuring operational aspects from campaign deployment, to rigorous optimization & measurement.

**MISSION**
- Manage always-on Google Search & Shopping global campaigns, working with the media agency to generate qualified traffic to our direct-to-consumer sites.
- Manage always-on Amazon Search & Display campaigns for the US market; working with the media agency to generate strong product category visibility, traffic and product sales.
- Manage traffic led Meta campaigns with the media agency to generate qualified traffic and conversion to our direct-to-consumer sites.
- Ensure rigorous supervision of all performance media spend & pacing & KPIs performance. Providing regular measurement of campaigns’ RoAS and implementing optimization.

Operational day-to-day
- Drive the agency to deploy our media campaign and provide strong brand insight for best execution: creative media kits, trafficking sheet approval, detail targeting & audience briefing and sitelist approval.
- Track media spending trends and KPIs performance and coordinate optimization with the media agency.
- Deliver internal weekly reports of media campaign results, including evaluation of KPIs.
- Manage analytics and reporting tools optimizations.
- Regular benchmarking on competitors and industry practices.

**PROFILE**
- 2+ years of experience in media planning and traffic management, in a media agency or in-house for a premium/luxury brand
- Experience executing Google Adwords & Meta Business Manager and/or AMS
- Good understanding of audience selections & personalization
- Experience building campaign performance reports (media)
- Good level in French and English
- Dynamic and eager to be part of the Devialet adventure
- Positive thinker with a can-do attitude, you have excellent interpersonal skills
- Rigorous and reliable
- True personal interest in music, tech industry or premium/luxury brands.
