**Description du poste**:
Accueilli au sein de notre service client, tu accompagneras nos clients Italiens tout au long de leur parcours chez Samboat.

Tu seras donc en charge de:

- Répondre aux besoins client
- Traiter les appels, mails des clients Italiens et internationaux
- Proposer des offres sur mesure adaptées aux besoins des clients
- Contacter des propriétaires par téléphone et mail
- Traiter des litiges
- Assurer la qualité du service SamBoat

**Profil recherché**:
Nous recherchons donc une personne rigoureuse, appréciant le travail d'équipe et ayant le goût du challenge d'origine italienne ou bilingue Italien
- Minimum BAC +2 à +5
- Aisance relationnelle
- Bonne fibre commerciale
- Excellente culture WEB
- Connaissance du monde nautique
