Notre filiale SPIE Facilities propose à ses clients une offre dédiée à la maintenance des bâtiments tertiaires, industriels et collectivités, associés à des services de Facility Management. Comment ? Parce que les audits de consommation énergétique des bâtiments n’ont plus de secret pour vous, vous serez amené à : - Mettre en place le système de suivi énergétique - Définir et suivi les indicateurs de performance énergétique du site - Organiser une surveillance énergétique des installations pour traquer les dérives de consommation et actionner des plans d'actions correctifs - Définir et animer avec le responsable de site un plan de performance énergétique, intégrant des actions de conduite des installations, et des investissements pour améliorer les équipements - Préparer, avec l'ingénieur Efficacité Energétique, les bilans de performance énergétiques annuels Pour nous rejoindre vos atouts seront de bénéficier d' : - Une formation de niveau BAC +5 avec une spécialisation en génie thermique, OU une forte expérience de terrain professionnel dans le domaine de la maintenance exploitation - Une connaissance des différents types de matériel de chauffage, climatisation et ventilation couramment mis en œuvre dans les bâtiments - Une maîtrise des outils informatiques bureautiques et plus particulièrement Excel Vous êtes une femme ou un homme de terrain et aimez travailler en équipe Vous savez vous organiser et avoir une approche méthodique. Pour nous rejoindre vos atouts seront de bénéficier d':
- Une formation de niveau BAC +5 avec une spécialisation en génie thermique, OU une forte expérience de terrain professionnel dans le domaine de la maintenance exploitation
- Une connaissance des différents types de matériel de chauffage, climatisation et ventilation couramment mis en œuvre dans les bâtiments
- Une maîtrise des outils informatiques bureautiques et plus particulièrement Excel
Vous êtes une femme ou un homme de terrain et aimez travailler en équipe
Vous savez vous organiser et avoir une approche méthodique.
