**DESCRIPTIF DU POSTE**
Dans le cadre de notre forte croissance, nos clients se multiplient et nous souhaitons maintenir une relation unique et de qualité avec nos clients. Nous sommes donc à la recherche de notre nouveau(elle) **Customer Success Manager Junior**.
Sous la responsabilité de notre Head of Customer Success, et au sein d’une équipe de 3 personnes, tu auras pour mission d’accompagner nos clients dans la mise en place et l’adoption de notre solution. Tu auras à cœur de leur garantir la meilleure expérience d’utilisation possible du SaaS.
A ce titre, les **missions principales** seront les suivantes:
- Planification et animation des onboarding clients
- Gestion des demandes clients par chat & téléphone
- Identification des problématiques récurrentes
- Participation active à l’amélioration des outils & process CSM
- Gestion des projets internes CSM & participer à la vie de l’équipe : mise à jour du helpdesk, revoir les contenus des automatisations, préparation des reporting en vue des réunions
- Participation à la remontée de feedbacks clients et à l’amélioration continue du produit Netwo
**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- ** Tu as une expérience significative dans le secteur télécoms à l’administration des ventes ou dans la relation client**:
- Tu sais adapter le ton & le discours en fonction des interlocuteurs
- Tu as une appétence pour la tech et les produits en SaaS, tu es curieux(se) et tu apprends rapidement
- Tu travailles avec méthode, rigueur et organisation. Tu sais prioriser tes tâches de manière efficace
- Tu sais travailler en autonomie tout en étant capable de solliciter les personnes clés en cas de besoin
- Tu as une appétence pour le télétravail
- Tu es fan(e) de bonnes pratiques et tu aimes les partager
